Our hospital in Bandra (W), Mumbai is in the heart of the city, close to the Mumbai international airport. Most of our treatments, including surgeries, are conducted as day-care procedures, meaning patientsneed not have to be admitted overnight in the hospital. On your first visit at our centre, our front desk team will assist you in registration, post which our clinical optometrist will perform a comprehensive eye checkup on your eyes. Based on the initial assessment, if further investigations are needed, our team of experienced doctors will advise for further investigations. Our facility is equipped with the latest and most advanced investigation equipment globally which help to correctly diagnose your eye conditions. Post the comprehensive checkup and investigations, our ophthalmic surgeons will assess your condition and recommend the best treatment options for you. During the process, you can ask the team any doubts regarding the procedure, facilities, etc.
Based on the initial consultation and diagnosis, the treatment may be typically scheduled for the second day. Depending on the type of surgery, most procedures are completed on the same day. After the procedure is completed, the nursing team will provide you post operative care instructions and address any doubts. Once discharge is provided, you can comfortably travel back to your accommodation to rest.
First follow-up visit is scheduled on the immediately following day post the treatment to ensure your eyes are responding well to the treatment carried out. Once the follow-up is completed, the team will provide you further instructions to ensure optimal recovery and to address any concerns. Depending on the treatment provided, you may plan your travel back either on the same day or next few days.
