Dr. Aditya Patil completed his MBBS with distinction in Ophthalmology, Pharmacology, and Microbiology from the prestigious Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College and General Hospital, Sion, Mumbai. Dr. Patil then pursued his residency in Ophthalmology at the renowned Narayana Nethralaya, Bangalore, before undertaking an advanced long-term fellowship in Uvea and Medical Retina under the mentorship of Dr. Padmamalini Mahendradas at Narayana Nethralaya.
Dr. Patil has been honored with over seven national and international awards for his contributions to the field of ophthalmology, including the prestigious Prof. Narsing A. Rao Award for Best Paper at the Emirates Vitreoretina Update and Uveitis Society of India Conference in 2023 (Abu Dhabi, UAE), Best Physical Poster Award (Uvea) at AIOC 2023 (Kochi, Kerala), Best Paper Award (Uvea) at KOSCON 2023 (Bangalore) and the International Ophthalmic Heroes of India Award at AIOC 2024 (Kolkata).
Dr. Patil has authored more than 15 peer-reviewed publications in renowned journals such as JAMA Ophthalmology, Indian Journal of Ophthalmology, and Ocular Immunology and Inflammation. He has also contributed three book chapters on Uvea and Retina. With a keen interest in ocular imaging in uveitis and the management of complex uveitic disorders, Dr. Patil is an active speaker at national and international ophthalmic conferences. He is a member of the Uveitis Society of India, All India Ophthalmological Society, Karnataka Ophthalmic Society and Bombay Ophthalmologists Association.
With the growing age and multiple times facing the problems of blurred vision, the need of doing an eye check up did arouse. I visited Ojas Eye hospital for the tests and soon I was diagnosed with the eye disease called Cataract. My mind was baffled with questions. Friendly approach of Dr.Dedhia, in Pre and post operations, was truly supporting. The advanced eye correction equipment did ensure the rest. My cataract operation is successful and at present I am blessed with clear vision.

Dr. Nitin Dedhia is my family's eye specialist since long time. My grandmoms cataract surgery was done by him around 20 years ago. She is still having very good eyesight at 90. I too have have done my lasic around a week ago and now able to see everything without specs. Would like to advice Dr Dedhia Sir for any of your complaints regarding eyes. The all staff are well trained and cooperative. Good infrastructure too. would thank everyone there.
It was a good experience with Dr. Dedia. He is very particular about cleanliness which I liked. The staff too were quick and courteous.I am also impressed with Dr. Hardik who has explained to me in detail. And Greta too is a very efficient receptionist.
