I got my Femto + Contoura Lasik surgery done by Dr. Niteen Dedhia. I am satisfied with the service. Special thanks to Dr. Hamza Sheikh for cooperating and guiding throughout the process. I am a little bit disappointed by the mindfulness of one of the assistant nurse. Apart from that, everything felt alright. I recommend this hospital for any eye related treatments. Will definitely update after 1 month.

I have very high progressive myopia by birth. It runs in the family. I am 29 years old right now and my prescription is -19 in my right eye and -18 in my left. Opticians have been struggling for years to make glasses for me and my prescription changes every single year 🥲
I first found Ojas Eye hospital in 2023 via some research and Google ratings. Seeing great reviews from so many people regarding ICL made me consider ICL for myself as well. Wearing glasses were creating so many issues in my daily life and with the progression in my myopia every year it was almost impossible to live a normal life anymore with my really thick glasses. Finally decided to take the step and got a consultation at Ojas eye hospital in the first week of January 2024. Dr. Niteen assured me that ICL with Phakic lenses would be my safest option to live a glasses free life. And let me tell you, everyone from the doctor himself to the counselor to each and every optometrist and the staff at this hospital is an absolute gem. They will do their best in making sure the entire process goes as smoothly as possible for you and they will stay in constant touch with you regarding everything. All my questions and doubts were answered by Dr. Niteen as well as all of the optometrists.
I finally had the ICL procedure this week - January 29th and January 31st (both eyes were done 2 days apart). The surgeries were a breeze, and life is already so much better! 27 years of wearing glasses continuously, having to look for them first thing after waking up and being bullied all my life for how thick my glasses were is now history :)
Its been 3 days post-op and I can already see really well through both the eyes. My far away vision feels amazing and is at 6/6 as stated in the follow up tests. I can see absolutely crystal clear in daylight and well lit places.
I am currently having a few moments of haziness here and there, a few low light/night time vision issues, a little close-up vision blurriness and some minor irritation and eye soreness, but after my follow up today (day 3 post-op) I was assured that this is completely normal and to be expected especially given my high myopia. Great things take time and my eyes are still healing, the vision will keep improving in the following days/weeks as the healing process completes.
Regardless of the improvements in the coming days, it already feels great to be able to see and navigate through life without glasses. I am super grateful to Dr. Niteen who is extremely skilled at what he does and also super super thankful to each and every staff member at Ojas Eye hospital for making this entire process so easy and rewarding for me.
