Signs That You Are Wearing The Wrong Eyeglasses

July 18, 2022

For a person having refractive error, glasses are the best option to correct the vision. It is the best way to correct near and far sightedness, astigmatism and presbyopia of old age. They are the easiest and most economical way to correct these eye problems.

Headaches Are Frequent Due To Wrong Glasses

Headaches are the most common sign of wearing wrong glasses. Headaches can occur in the following conditions:

  • Undiagnosed refractive errors.
  • Under or overcorrected refractive errors.
  • Old glasses
  • Tight frames

Double vision, giddiness, and eye strain could indicate that you are wearing a wrong glass prescription.

Squinting is a natural way to clarify the vision on your own. People who cannot see clearly on the screens often squint to temporarily make their vision clear. People doing this would not even realise it until they start having headaches.

If you are experiencing blurry vision for either near or far, you might be suffering from near-sightedness or far-sightedness. And getting a new pair of eyeglasses is the best option. If the words in the books seem blurry, then a pair of reading glasses or single vision prescription glasses may help you with this.
